Primary Responsibilities
Supervise rig crew activities related to laying down the fishing tool bottom hole assembly when out of the hole.
Direct the rig crew on the rig floor during operation of fishing tools down hole, including the work of the driller for the entire operation, which could last up to 14 hours in duration.
Conduct safety meetings and direct rig crew regarding properly and safely pulling fishing bottom hole assemblies out of the well bore prior to pulling out of the hole.
Oversee and ensure work procedures are performed safely, and equipment is properly handled and maintained in accordance with safety policies and standards.
Collaborate with internal teams and customer representatives to plan work activities, schedules, equipment and related costs. Ensure correct equipment is ordered, used, serviced and maintained according to applicable procedures, standards and agreements.
