The Opportunity
This opportunity as a Traveling Electronic Security Systems Site Lead is perfect for an experienced low-voltage technician with Site Lead experience who enjoys traveling!
The Responsibilities
Lead onsite execution from mobilization to turnover
Work closely with PMs, Engineers, and Technicians to drive project efficiency
Identify and communicate change orders and field conditions
Oversee system testing, commissioning, and end-user training
Manage daily schedules, progress tracking, and materials
Direct subcontractors and ensure alignment with site expectations
Run complex installations with confidence and accountability
Mentor and support crews in the field
Installs, repairs, tests, and maintains security projects
Serves as the face of Evergreen to our customers onsite by providing top-notch service and product training
Ensures safety through compliance with relevant State and Federal regulations
Handles service orders and project administration
Performs follow-up to ensure the client is ready for inspection

Shell is seeking a Rotating Equipment & Electrical Team Lead to join its team in New Orleans.
As the REEL Team Lead (Rotating Equipment & Electrical Lead), you will set the strategic direction and ensure technical assurance and operational excellence for the Rotating Equipment and Electrical discipline across Shell's Deepwater Gulf of America assets. Develop and optimize equipment care strategies aligned with Strategic Asset Management Plans (ESAMP)
Ensure compliance with AMS processes, including Reliability Centred Maintenance, Root Cause Analysis, Management of Change, Ensure Safe Production and Proactive Technical Monitoring
Own and refresh the Discipline Assurance Framework, including risk matrix and strategy staircase.
Provide technical input to Asset Care Plans (ACPs), including life extension and obsolescence strategies
Manage discipline-specific KPIs and adjust programs based on performance insights
Act as contract owner for rotating equipment and electrical suppliers
Deliver technical requirements for execution organizations, including turnaround and maintenance, and provide assurance during execution

What you bring
Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline
Must demonstrate technical expertise in rotating equipment machinery to be able to get certified as most senior technical expert in Shell system
At least 15 years of industry experience in Rotating Equipment preferably in operating assets combined with 5 years of leadership experience managing technical team
Experience with SEAM processes and digital tools for equipment monitoring
Contract management and vendor performance oversight
Ability to mentor and develop technical staff
Must be willing to travel as required, with approximately 25% travel anticipated. This position also involves occasional offshore travel, typically requiring 3-4 days offshore trip, based on business needs
Must be able to meet physical fitness requirements necessary for offshore work
Successful completion of Helicopter Underwater Egress Training (HUET) will be required after joining Shell

What we offer
The base salary range for this position is $234,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
For regular full-time or regular part-time employees of the Company (participating companies as listed in the Summary Plan Description), insurance coverage options include medical, dental, vision coverage, life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, and Occupational Accidental Death Benefit programs. Employees also participate in a company pension plan and a 401(k) plan.
