Reporting to the Director of Gift Compliance and Data Services, the Lead Gift Processor oversees all activities related to gift processing. This includes executing established policies and procedures for the successful recording, maintenance, receipting, documenting, and collection of private gifts and grants to CSU Fullerton and its Colleges, Departments, and Programs. The Lead Gift Processor also ensures the quality of gift record data and oversees customer service related to the University's charitable contributions. Coordinates the day-to-day gift processing activities and ensures accuracy and timeliness of these processes, asses and recommends areas of improvement, including the development and modification of department data standards, and implementing more automated processes for consistency. Daily responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and consolidating deposits, as well as serving as the main liaison for the CSUF foundation. Additionally, the Lead Gift Processor oversees gift processes to ensure all charitable contributions to the university are completed in a complete, prompt manner, following IRS and Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) guidelines and respecting donors' intentions. Essential Qualifications
Four years of progressively responsible financial record-keeping experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge and abilities.
Comprehensive knowledge of financial record-keeping, mathematical and general office methods, procedures, and practices; and basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Ability to interpret and apply a wide variety of written rules and regulations. Ability to maintain accounting records for funds, programs, or activities involving multiple transactions. Ability to compile, verify, and reconcile financial data. Use current computer word processing and spreadsheet software programs, web browsers, query tools, integrated financial systems and/or other types of records management systems, such as student accounting, cashiering and student financial aid. Ability to Investigate and resolve errors and discrepancies. Read and interpret computer-generated reports.

Job Summary: The Site Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Emergency Shelter Program, including managing shelter staff, client activities, and services while ensuring a safe, client-centered environment. This position involves crisis intervention, staff support, coordinating volunteers, and maintaining facility organization. The Site Lead also assists with administrative tasks, such as supply coordination and reporting, and participates in training and staff meetings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Shelter
Assist in the implementation of all shelter activities to ensure quality delivery of services
Oversee all shelter staff, security, and client activities
Oversee distribution of services and all program services while on duty
Assist in the coordination of volunteers and support services
Oversee the organization of supplies and facility's needs
Management
Support shelter staff during designated shifts
Assist in various aspects of staff's duties
Assist in coordinating and managing special group events and holiday events
Provide crisis/conflict intervention
Communicate any staff or shelter issues to Program Manager
Administration
Coordinate supply and service needs
Assist with securing necessary resources
Assist with record keeping and reporting

Qualifications
Requirements:
Experience
Possess a high level of tolerance and understanding for individuals who present for services with urgent multiple case management and health needs
Ensure a client-focused, trauma-informed, and housing-focused shelter approach
Ability to perform crisis intervention as needed
Previous shelter experience is preferred but not required
General
Ability to work effectively with a diverse population; plan, organize and prioritize duties; perform crisis intervention as needed; clearly communicate information and instructions verbally and in written form; maintain a positive, professional and safe environment while on duty; and establish and maintain effective working relationships with others

About the Role
As the Facilities & IT Team Lead based at our Buena Park, Los Angeles fulfillment center, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of IT operations within the warehouse environment. This includes managing hardware and software systems, supporting automation and WMS implementation, maintaining network stability, and leading on-site IT initiatives that keep the fulfillment center efficient and connected.
You'll be both strategic and hands-on - troubleshooting, guiding local staff, and collaborating with central technology teams to implement best-in-class systems and infrastructure.
Schedule: 6pm-4am, Full Time
Hourly: $25-$28 per hour
What You'll Do
IT Management & Infrastructure
* Manage daily IT operations and maintain infrastructure (network, servers, Wi-Fi, and security systems) across the fulfillment site, ensuring system configuration, uptime, and reliability.
* Lead and execute IT projects, including hardware upgrades, system integrations, and automation rollouts.
* Partner with Operations and Corporate IT to support WMS and other key operational platforms.
* Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and monitoring for site compliance.
Asset Management & Technical Support
* Oversee Asset Management, including the inventory, deployment, maintenance, and repair of essential fulfillment hardware (scanners, printers, handhelds, etc.).
* Serve as the escalation point for local IT support (Tier 1), providing timely resolution for all on-site hardware and software issues.
* Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.
* Maintain accurate inventory records for all assets, equipment, and supplies.
Fulfillment, Leadership & Training
* Provide technical support and training to new and existing staff on proper use, care, and basic troubleshooting of operational hardware to maximize system adoption.
* Lead or coordinate team work streams within the fulfillment center, ensuring efficient completion of tasks.
* Actively participate in inbound and outbound logistics tasks (receiving, picking, packing, and shipping).
* Identify process bottlenecks and propose solutions for process improvement in hardware utilization and fulfillment workflows.
What You Bring
* 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 2 years in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
* Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in high-volume operations (scanners, printers, handhelds, WMS).
* Strong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), hardware setup, and systems troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jumpcloud and Hexnode MDM (Or similar MDM).
* Familiarity with warehouse automation or robotics systems is an asset.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - you thrive under pressure and can think on your feet.
* Experience working in a start-up or high-growth environment is a plus.
* Be willing to travel to support other sites with their IT Ops
