Quality Inspector
Quality Inspectors perform various sorting, inspection, production, and data capture. Quality Inspectors work in partnership with our customers to contain and improve quality issues the most efficient way possible. Team Lead
Leads and performs a full range of varied sorting, inspection- or production-related tasks as well as administrative duties or any other task in furtherance of the work or goals of Stratosphere Quality and its customers.

Project Supervisor

Project Supervisors are responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables and team member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintain consistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travel to the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the parts are being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster an environment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams and customers to solve problems.

We work in manufacturing plants, warehouses or other locations where our customers parts are being produced or stored. The location may vary day to day depending on the needs of our customers. The 3rd Shift Sauce Team Leader (supervisor) leads team members to identify, manage, and execute the plant's process improvement opportunities. Manages production staff to attain production and quality goals. Identifies problems or bottlenecks in production processes and resolves issues. Ensures production resources including materials, equipment and human resources are available as needed to maintain production schedules. Supports continuous improvement goals in safety, quality, cost and customer service. Responsible for managing and owning various functions of the business and creating an engaged and team oriented work force in order to improve business results.
The successful candidate must have:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Food or Agricultural Science or other Natural Science degrees Three years previous supervisory experience -- food manufacturing a plusA working knowledge of plant manufacturing equipment and an aptitude for troubleshooting.Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and leadership skills Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and solid employment history

Job Summary

Assumes responsibility, accountability, provides leadership for daily operations, coordination of work, quality and service, and team member supervision in assigned area of an operating center. Facilitates staff management, in a multi skilled, multi functional environment and coordinates quality improvement activities, resolution of customer service issues, and management and monitoring of resource utilization.

American Reg of Radiologic Tech or American Reg of Diagnostic Med Sonograph or Cert Nuc Med Tech or Cert Rad Admin required based on specialty.
