Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a productive and well-organized work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to:
Supervise and motivate a team of operators and leads in a high volume, semiconductor manufacturing environment, to meet daily, weekly and quarterly production goals.

Responsible for corrective actions to address problems associated with processing or operating machines or equipment and conduct formal employee performance evaluations.
Supervisors may be expected to participate in Emergency Response Team (ERT) activities; and will be expected to manage appropriate responses to workplace safety incidents.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years supervisor experience in a high- volume manufacturing environment required.
AS or BS degree and/or equivalent experience supervising in a manufacturing environment. BS degree and study in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or other technical fields is preferred.
Proven expertise managing a team of 15-30 direct reports in a manufacturing environment. Semiconductor manufacturing experience preferred.
Must possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal) as you will be working in a team environment that is very data driven.
Must be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of building a team and providing training and leadership to promote a team oriented working environment.
Advanced computer skills are required including familiarity with windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word).
Shift:
Sunday-Tuesday every other Wednesday
6 PM- 6 AM. Base plus 11% shift differential
Benefits include but are not limited to:
10% annual bonus for supervisors: Assessed in quarterly increments with a company performance multiplier between 0% and 300%. Depending on that quarter performance. While calculated quarterly it is paid out semi-annually for Salaried positions.
401K: 4% personal contribution equals 12% actual contribution

About the Work:
As site Office Manager, you'll be tasked with several office duties which have a direct impact on our employee and guest experience. This includes:
Greeting and assisting employees, visitors, and vendors
Answering phone calls and promptly responding to voicemails
Accurately processing/distributing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Providing support with conference room scheduling, setup and coordination
Planning, ordering and stocking office supplies, snacks, food, and drinks for office/break areas.
Coordinate and manage on-site employee lunches and company events, including ordering, setting up, serving, and cleanup
Directly assisting new employees onboarding, including answering questions, desk setup, and assisting with the overall first day experience
Providing support for management, staff and office administrators as needed
Maintain and update staff seating chart
Ensuring documents are appropriately managed (e.g.: stored, scanned, shredded, etc.)
Manage and maintain badge access system, including creating badges
Manage and maintain security camera system and vendor relationship
Manage and maintain building entrance systems
Manage janitorial staff ensuring janitorial contracts are being fulfilled, follow up and resolve any issues
Ensuring office and kitchen equipment are maintained or repaired if needed
Promptly report facility or safety concerns to management
Drive to other local sites when need arises
About You:
High school diploma or certificate required, associate's degree strongly preferred

What You'll Do
