Team Penske is seeking a highly responsible and professional Class A CDL Transport Driver to support our motorsports team by transporting and helping operate our hospitality trailer. This trailer serves as a premium space for hosting sponsors, partners, and VIP guests during race weekends. The ideal candidate has experience in professional driving, can manage physical tasks during set up and teardown, and maintains a high level of professionalism on and off the road. Responsibilities Safely transport the hospitality trailer to all scheduled race events, arriving on time for load-in and setup. Ensure compliance with all DOT, DMV, and applicable state and federal transportation regulations. Accurately complete all required driver logs, records, and expense reports per company guidelines. Position and park the trailer in designated locations to accommodate full setup (generator, HVAC units, restroom trailer, etc.). The Performance Engineer directly contributes to the performance of our race cars by working with the race engineers, engineering staff, team personnel, as well as independently to identify, test, organize, analyze, validate and communicate areas of improvement and ways in which these improvements can be realized. Using data, research, internal and external resources as well as other staff, the performance engineer role will develop items and help to understand and optimize configurations that will aid in the performance of the race car. We are seeking an Electrical & Systems Engineer to join our IndyCar team. This role is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of all electronic systems and radio communications on the car. The successful candidate will contribute directly to on-track performance and will be involved in race operations, development testing, and engineering projects from concept to completion. Responsibilities Maintain and troubleshoot all electronic systems to ensure accurate and repeatable data collection at the track. Possess strong working knowledge of all car systems to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Work with vendors to select and integrate sensors for on-car and test rig applications. Build and maintain timing stands and trackside equipment. Design and build test fixtures to support overall vehicle performance. Design and layout circuit boards for test and pit equipment. The individual will work as a mechanic in the shop and at the race track. The mechanic will assemble and disassemble the race cars and work to prepare them for the race weekend. The mechanic must be versatile to work on all aspects of a race car with focus on front, rear and/or mid sections. At the race track the mechanic will prepare the car for the track by making necessary changes when instructed. As a mechanic the individual will ensure that all components of the car are secured. Responsibilities Cleaning and inspection of suspension components. Cleaning and inspection of engine ancillary components. Disassembly of race cars (suspension, engine and interior components) as required. Installation of suspension components; front and rear. Trim and installation of various components. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested. Qualifications Certificate/Diploma from an Automotive Trade School or equivalent work experience is preferred.
