Job Description Team Penske transport drivers are full-time, year-round opportunities driving for our NASCAR series. Our transport drivers are expected to represent the company in a professional manner at all times while working on the road and in the shop. As a transport driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting cars and associated equipment, tools and materials to and from race and/or test venues for race related events. This position requires fluctuating weekday and weekend work based on event schedules; home time will vary. When not driving for race or test events, our transport drivers work in the shop preparing the transporter and equipment for upcoming events. Responsibilities: Load and unload equipment, etc. Inventory management for the transporter and equipment. Maintain the cleanliness and general presentation of the transporter for the team and guests. Follow all applicable DOT, DMV, State and Federal highway safety rules and regulations. Meet schedules, timelines and deadlines appropriately and safely. Present self in an appropriate/professional manner while transporting and at venues. Ensure the truck is in safe operating condition. Complete all logs and records in a timely manner; may be responsible for expense reporting to Accounting per company guidelines. Qualifications: Must possess a Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL). Must provide or be able to obtain a current Medical Examiner's Safety Certificate. Must have a clean driving record and satisfactory background check. Must have a professional and presentable work ethic. Professional motorsports experience preferred; will consider other driving experience such as car hauler driving. Able to lift 75lbs independently. Able to maneuver inside tight confinements within the transporter and other areas. Able to sustain 10 or more hours consecutive time on feet. Must be able to work the complete race and test schedule; weekend work is required. Must be able to work in the shop when not driving OTR; no fly-in work available.

Ensure compliance with all DOT, DMV, and applicable state and federal transportation regulations. Accurately complete all required driver logs, records, and expense reports per company guidelines. Position and park the trailer in designated locations to accommodate full setup (generator, HVAC units, restroom trailer, etc.). Assist in full trackside setup, operation, and teardown of the hospitality unit as outlined in standard procedures. Secure all equipment and supplies during transit to prevent damage. Troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues including power, water, AV/satellite, HVAC, propane systems, and kitchen utilities. Coordinate or perform emergency and routine repairs to truck, trailer, tent, and equipment as needed while on the road. Support maintenance and improvements of all transport and hospitality equipment between races. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of both vehicle and self, representing the team positively to guests and partners. Availability for additional duties at the shop or track, as assigned by management, outside of DOT-mandated rest periods. Qualifications Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). Current DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate, or ability to obtain one. Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check. Strong work ethic with a professional demeanor and appearance. Prior motorsports experience is preferred; motorcoach or RV driving experience is also considered. Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs, maneuvering in tight spaces, and standing, squatting, or kneeling for extended periods. Willing and able to work weekends and travel for the full racing schedule. Must be available to assist in shop-based tasks between races when needed.

This position is responsible for transporting club and staff; adhering to all safety rules, motoring regulations and laws; ensuring passenger safety; completing reports; coordinating maintenance and upkeep of the bus. The successful candidate will show passion for youth, be able to articulate how they steward resources, identify how integrity relates to the position, and have a history of demonstrating respect for all contacts including clients, peers, agency partners, and the general community. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safely transports Club members following established bus safety rules, including ensuring members have seat belts secured. Maintains discipline on the mini buses or buses to ensure safety of members. Completes a Pre and Post Inspection Form at the beginning and end of each day. Notify Club Director of all maintenance or safety issues immediately. Completes and maintains Daily Attendance Checklist on all members that are picked up and transported each trip. Follows all vehicle emergency procedures. Responsible for basic maintenance of mini buses or buses, including fueling, tire pressure, checking fluid levels, securing and locking the vehicle, taking vehicle for regular oil changes and notifying immediate supervisor when maintenance is required. Follow established Field Trip procedures not limited to: verify all members (by name) are on the mini buses or buses at the beginning and end of each pick up and drop off from school and field trips; mini buses or buses does not leave until all members are accounted for; only locations listed on permission slips are allowed - no side trips Prepare reports as needed. Must notify immediate supervisor, and Vice President of Operations of any driving violations while operating any vehicle, including personal vehicle. Employee will be responsible for any fines incurred while driving a BGCCP vehicle, e.g., traffic ticket, citation for accidents. Participate in weekly staff meetings. Conduct a proper pre-trip inspection to ensure the vehicle is safe to operate. Ensures delivery-related paperwork is in order before departing the Distribution Center or transportation hub. Prepares, receives and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery of products. Unloads cargo and delivers via a two-wheeler hand truck and/or pallet jack in a safe manner into store locations. Scans all product labels during store deliveries, and reports all orders with shorts or damages. Maintains proper logs of travel and product according to Federal, State and DOT regulations. Maintains contact with NDCP's Member Services team to communicate any problems or delays with deliveries. Ensures the cleanliness and presentation of the interior of the truck cab, as well as the removal of delivery-related trash at the store and production kitchen (i.e., shrink wrap, cardboard, crates and pallets). Conduct a proper post-trip inspection to ensure equipment is in good working order to minimize delays the following day. Reports any vehicle maintenance or malfunction issues to the distribution center. Serves as the face of NDCP and the main point of contact between the distribution center and the customer.
