Family Medicine Physician (MD/DO) - COPC - Tri-County Family Medicine - Canal Winchester, OH
Canal Winchester, OH
Job Description
COPC is the largest independent physician-owned primary care group in the nation. We are seeking an experienced full-time Family Medicine Physician to join Tri-County Family Physicians, 11925 Lithopolis Road, NW, Canal Winchester, OH 43110.
This is a large outpatient practice consisting of (6) family physicians and 3 APPs. There are several medical assistants and patient service reps to support the providers and patients. There will be a vacancy in the summer of 2025 due to a physician retiring. That physician will leave behind an established panel of patients for a new physician that joins the practice.
About the area and practice:
Canal Winchester is located fifteen miles southeast of Columbus. It has a small-town ambiance with the convenience of shopping, restaurants, parks, festivals, and historical museums and a twenty-minute drive to Columbus.
This COPC practice has established a reputation as a primary care group that serves the community. They provide the best primary care for all ages with a focus on health education, disease prevention and management to keep their patients well.
The practice is open 6 days a week: 8-5:00 pm M-F and 8-12:00 pm on Saturday. Flexible work schedule will apply.
Why is COPC different?
Central Ohio Primary Care was founded in 1996 when a group of 33 physicians joined together to give greater focus to patient care than the administrative duties that were weighing them down. From the onset, COPC physicians have always been dedicated to finding new ways to offer the best patient care. Today we have over seventy-seven practices, a team of hospitalists, Same Day centers and ancillary services.
Our goal is to provide the highest quality preventative and chronic care and education to keep patients out of the hospital whenever possible. We collaborate with local health systems while staying uniquely independent. We refer our patients to the best specialists regardless of affiliation. Our model proves that people come first, and the best care and competitive pricing aren't mutually exclusive. This method of care delivery offers higher quality patient care with greater efficiency and fewer unnecessary costs.
Rooted in a long history of clinical excellence and a commitment to the highest ethical standards, COPC is building a model for primary care that creates a more holistic view of patient care and gives physicians more time to focus on building relationships with patients and each other. We constantly strive to be the best for our patients, the best for our employees and the BEST FOR PRIMARY CARE.
Additional COPC Services:
COPC has their own Lab, radiology services and vaccine repository which saves COPC patients time and money.
