Team Rubicon provides its veterans with three things they lose after leaving the military: a purpose, gained through disaster relief; community, built by serving with others; and self-worth, from recognizing the impact one individual can make. Team Rubicon was founded in 2010 by William McNulty and Jacob Wood . It is based in El Segundo, C.A.

Appreciation from those we helped! Most of those we helped was quite surprised that we didn’t send them an invoice/bill!

What do you like best about Team Rubicon's CEO and the leadership team?

The leadership team is very strong and requires very little improvements They are very smart people and their customer service requires no improvement.

How would you improve Team Rubicon's culture?

I would recommend more marketing to the communities that are in need of our services. The mass media should be more focused on helping people!

How did you prepare for the Team Rubicon interview?

I don’t prepare for most interviews. I only submit resumes for work that I know that I am qualified.

How does your compensation at Team Rubicon compare to the industry average?

The compensation is of least consideration to me. I am retired on a fixed income and I don’t want a 9-5 job.

I’m not sure what the demographics are but from my observation it appears to be not representative of the national average.

What brings you the most joy at Team Rubicon?
