Dana Barata is a Chief Financial Officer at Team Rubicon and is based in Burbank, California. She has worked as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis at Warner Bros. Entertainment, Finance Manager at ComGlobal Systems (d.b.a. ComGlobal), and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at Warner Bros. Entertainment. Dana attended UCLA Anderson School of Management between 2016 and 2018.

U.S. Army veteran, Jon Lum serves as Team Rubicon’s first Chief Strategy Officer. With a history of success serving in mission-centric organizations and building new teams, Jon is eager to bring his expertise to Team Rubicon. As the Chief Strategy Officer, Jon will focus on two areas: overseeing current operations across the organization and building the mechanisms to scale the strategic and long-term goals to make Team Rubicon the best disaster response organization in the world. Jon joins the organization following a six-year tour of duty in planning and leadership positions at Amazon Web Services (AWS), the world’s leading cloud computing provider, where Lum focused on expanding cloud adoption internationally and leading programs in data center capacity delivery globally. Jon has led, managed, and developed international expansion strategies to open new markets and supported long term customer growth with Amazon investments in excess of $1 billion. Prior to AWS, Jon functioned as a strategic consultant at Deloitte, focusing on supply chain, retail, and finance. His previous projects have included developing post-acquisition supply chain strategies for the energy industry and finance transformations for the financial services industry. Lum also spent ten years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army where he held leadership positions from the platoon- through battalion-level. With a proven track record, he trained and led airborne, mechanized, and reconnaissance units in combat in Afghanistan. Jon holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from The US Military Academy at West Point.

Nicole Capossela is a Chief Development Officer at Team Rubicon and is based in Los Angeles, California. She has worked as Advancement Program Officer at National Rifle Association of America, Program Coordinator - Donor Relations at National Rifle Association of America, and Executive Relations Manager at National Rifle Association of America. Nicole studied at George Mason University between 2007 and 2009 and THE GEORGE WASHINGTON UNIVERSITY between 1998 and 2002.
