Jon has led, managed, and developed international expansion strategies to open new markets and supported long term customer growth with Amazon investments in excess of $1 billion. Prior to AWS, Jon functioned as a strategic consultant at Deloitte, focusing on supply chain, retail, and finance. His previous projects have included developing post-acquisition supply chain strategies for the energy industry and finance transformations for the financial services industry. Lum also spent ten years as an Infantry Officer in the U.S. Army where he held leadership positions from the platoon- through battalion-level. With a proven track record, he trained and led airborne, mechanized, and reconnaissance units in combat in Afghanistan. Jon holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from The US Military Academy at West Point.

Appreciation from those we helped! Most of those we helped was quite surprised that we didn’t send them an invoice/bill!

What do you like best about Team Rubicon's CEO and the leadership team?

The leadership team is very strong and requires very little improvements They are very smart people and their customer service requires no improvement.

How would you improve Team Rubicon's culture?

I would recommend more marketing to the communities that are in need of our services. The mass media should be more focused on helping people!

How did you prepare for the Team Rubicon interview?

I don’t prepare for most interviews. I only submit resumes for work that I know that I am qualified.

How does your compensation at Team Rubicon compare to the industry average?

The compensation is of least consideration to me. I am retired on a fixed income and I don’t want a 9-5 job.

What's the diversity at Team Rubicon like?

I’m not sure what the demographics are but from my observation it appears to be not representative of the national average.

What brings you the most joy at Team Rubicon?
