What Does A Team Supervisor Do At MSC Industrial Supply Co.

* Tracks expenses for the VMIS’s as well as other financial concerns through budgetary and other analysis to ensure adherence to budgetary parameters.
* Takes corrective action to ensure budget alignment.
* Represents MSC when necessary at customer meetings by communicating MSC's Value Proposition, direction and strategy for alignment to customer goals and expectations
* Continuously reviews operational performance metrics to ensure the VMIS team is achieving results; coaches’ teams to maintain results.
