The Patient Contact Trainer will deliver onboarding and ongoing training and development activities to Call Center team members both in person and virtual. Improving existing training content, this position will develop and maintain Call Center training materials including but not limited to scripts, computer and software instructions, videos, etc. A significant element of this job will also be the 1-1 instruction and role play with teammates and excellent knowledge of call center procedures as well as expertise in quality assurance.
