Overview
We have an opportunity for a customer and sales-driven Outside Sales Representative who will be focused on growing our truck parts sales business. Our sales reps receive competitive salary + commission structures with business expenses paid by TEC. In addition to selling OEM brand parts, we stock most vendor lines. Responsibilities
Utilize creative strategies and skill in sales techniques to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service that enables our customers to view us as their Best Business Partner
Increase market share by identifying, profiling, and calling on prospective customers
Ensure customer satisfaction from start of sale to delivery of parts
Accurately complete all processes and required paperwork and sales logs
Maintain contact with existing customers in relation to their needs
Create relationships and work with internal team members to achieve common goals
Stay up-to-date on inventory, market, and customer trends
Qualifications
2 year minimum outside parts sales experience required
Experience with heavy duty truck parts sales (outside sales experience preferred)
Knowledge of Local customers, Filling out customer reports and objectives a must.
Comfortable with cold calling and able to source new business
Organizational and time management skills
Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with customers
Ability to strategically drive sales in competitive market
Ability to gain in-depth knowledge of parts
Valid driver's license and able to meet insurance requirements
Compensation The total pay range for this position is $97,816 to $122,270. Benefits

About the role - Operations Supervisor (Winnemucca, Nevada)
We are excited to announce an opportunity at Orica for an Operations Supervisor within our Specialty Mining Chemicals team.
The Operations Supervisor will lead and drive all operational activities to ensure sustainable improvement of critical business processes, systems, and technology to improve overall operational goals. MV Transportation is seeking an "A" Level Lead Mechanic/Technician who will perform preventive maintenance inspections on various types of vehicles. He/she will manage a fleet of 56 vehicles, assign work to other Technicians, purchase parts, and process paperwork. The position requires the Technician, must be able to teach, to diagnose, inspect, and change or repair defective coach components, sub-components, and systems on vehicles as time permits, more complex repair techniques. The A Lead Technician must possess a CDL license with airbrakes and a passenger endorsement, a 609 and 608 air conditioning certifications and at least H or T series ASE certifications. This position will report to the General Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on engines, transmissions, electrical systems, HVAC, CNG systems, and other major vehicle components.

Job Description:
Inspects current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety
Diagnoses HVAC, refrigeration and/or electrical system through observation, testing and setup.
Disassembles and reassembles commercial or residential equipment to perform trouble shooting and preventive maintenance.
Operates hand tools, power tools, gauges and measuring equipment to perform service to the equipment and/or mechanical system.
Explains the issue and work and work to be performed and completed to the customer. Provides a timeline and explain any wait times.
Perform routine maintenance and filter changes on equipment in accordance with the customer agreement.
Maintain an inventory and keep the service vehicle supplied with the appropriate stock required.
Maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the Service Technician must be self-motivated and have the ability to stay on task with minimal to no supervision. The ideal candidate must be a team player but also be able to work independently. Please also possesses the following:
A strong mechanical background.
Great oral and written communication skills
Type I, II or higher EPA Certification
2+ years of HVAC experience in installs, maintenance and or service.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with Service Titan preferred
Must have valid Driver's license, pass background check and drug screening.

Minimum Qualifications

Overview
The Lease Manager drives profit and growth for all aspects of the leasing business in their assigned area of responsibility (AOR) and is responsible for adding fleet the fleet & people needed to maximize local market share. Responsibilities
Manage the revenue mix to grow each of the product lines in the full service lease portfolio responsibly. Work closely with the service manager and region management to ensure the shop maximizes technician proficiency, optimizes internal and external repairs, optimizes parts purchases, captures rebill revenue, and ultimately limits overall maintenance & repair cost per truck.
Train service and sales teams to balance the customer and fleet maintenance costs. Empower the team to resolve customer disputes and help them find a middle ground between cost and customer satisfaction.
Seek opportunities to recycle lease contracts and rental equipment with a balance of optimizing cash flow, maximizing uptime, and producing appropriate volumes of gain on sale.
Work hand in hand with local and regional used truck departments to sell expired lease and rental with a heavy emphasis on lowering days in inventory.
Work closely with the your Directors and VP's of Leasing to build a rental fleet with a size and truck mix that strikes a balance between fleet homogenization, matching the business model, and customization for market demand. Heavy emphasis should be placed on homogenization and matching the business model.
Use the latest tools and market intelligence to optimize rental pricing that balances vehicle utilization and pricing to maximize gross profit.
Ensure the service shop(s) are equipped with the proper tooling, diagnostic software, and safety equipment.
Serve as leader and role-model conducting oneself with highest of ethical, professional, and safety standards.
Conduct safety checks to ensure worksites meet company safety guidelines and place a high priority on maintaining a safe work environment at all times.
Work closely with credit, admin, and tax departments to limit bad debt, maximize fuel tax compliance, follow admin processing requirements.
Ensure the proper staffing and local processes are in place to manage AP submittals, warranty submittals, billing, and collections disputes.
Educate and train direct reports using ramp plans, personal development plans, instructive and example based learning, on the job training, job shadowing, and direct instruction.
Place a visible emphasis on professional development for all employees in the department by determining what motivates each employee, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of each employee.
Teach and coach managers to ensure every employee in the department has a clear understanding of how success will be measured at all times, maintaining systems of accountability to measure team members' performance against set targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Maintain a consistent visitation schedule with leasing branches to ensure location managers and staff are exceeding expectations.
Proactively prioritize own professional development to increase knowledge of business acumen and organizational development best practices in order to positively impact TEC Equipment's profitability.
Qualifications
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or related field.
1+ years of previous management experience required
1+ years of P&L experience
4+ years of direct sales or sales management experience preferred
Proven experience leading a leasing individual or multiple branches
Six Sigma Certifications preferred
Mastery of sales process and personally capable of prioritizing and acquiring quality sales for business to business transactions
Strong knowledge of truck repair quality standards
Strong knowledge and understanding of trucking/leasing industry
Intermediate knowledge of basic software and applications including Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, etc., and ability to learn new computer programs quickly
Makes quality decisions and deals with ambiguity effectively.
Strong business acumen with ability to analyze, prioritize, identify, create, and execute solutions
Excellent at directing others, developing direct reports and conflict management.

Compensation The base pay range for this position is $87,855 to $109,819. Benefits
