Overview
As a warehouseassociate, your goal is to ensure the right parts to the right customers, on time. This is a physical & extremely fast-paced job - you will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and organizing and pulling heavy parts.
This is a great entry-level opportunity for an individual desiring to enter the industry, work in a team-oriented environment, and grow in this role as our business continues to grow.
Responsibilities
Load and unload parts deliveries
Accurately count, weigh, or measure items on incoming and outgoing shipments
Accurately receive, count, record, and stock inventory in warehouse
Verify parts counts against invoices, orders, and other records
Maintain receiving, delivery and shipping records and returned parts records
Ensure parts are clean and presentable; maintain clean and organized warehouse
Perform pickup and delivery driving as needed
Perform all work safely and efficiently
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor
Experience in fast-paced warehouse setting; preferably experience in parts warehouse
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to perform all requirements of job in safe and alert manner.
Ability to become forklift certified and to operate forklift
Ability to maintain predictable, reliable attendance.
Ability to meet physical demands of the job (job requires frequent lifting/moving up to 50lbs, climbing, stooping, kneeling, seeing, grasping, hearing, etc.)
Compensation The base pay range for this position is $18.83 to $23.53. Benefits

What you will be doing:
* Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, and/or distributed
* Pulls and prepares product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded
* Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code
* Assembles customer orders from stock, stage orders and/or conveys orders to packing station or shipping department according to OH or customer pick sheet
* Loads, unloads, moves, stacks and stages products and materials using a fork lift, clamp truck or other power equipment
Requirements:
