In addition, it offers tire repair training services. The company serves fleets, retreaters, retail and commercial tire dealers, municipalities, and others. It sells its products through a network of distributors in the United States and Canada. The company also serves customers through a network of distribution centers in Turnhout, Belgium; Tokyo, Japan; Shanghai, Beijing, and Wuhan, China; Bogota, Colombia; and San Juan, Puerto Rico. Tech International, Inc. was formerly known as Technical Rubber Company, Inc. The company was founded in 1939 and is based in Johnstown, Ohio. It has additional locations in Europe, Japan, and China.
