Maintains knowledge of quality Field Leader candidates to ensure the ability to perform work as needed. Takes advantage of networking opportunities to recruit new Field Leaders. Coordinates periodic meetings with job teams to review project status to ensure efficient, accurate, and budget sensitive completion. Prepare, manage, and distribute appropriate documentation for job close out in coordination with company policies and procedures. Analyzes, prepares, coordinates, and provides monthly job progress reports. Consistently visits job sites to ensure the efficiency of the jobs and to create a collaborative relationship with the client. Requires 75% travel to client sites throughout the southeast Qualifications: AAS degree in construction management, project management, business, or related field and/or; Minimum of 1+ years experience in an equivalent or similar role or equivalent combination of experience and educational background.
