Responsible for proper sanitizing of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and Licensing Responsible for sharing in general cleanliness of salon including keeping common areas picked up and organized, helping with laundry duties, picking up and taking out trash, and helping wherever asked. Helps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand. All other duties as prescribed. Next Start Date - January 2026! Apply today! Job Responsibilities Based on your confidence, experience + existing skill, your training program at PENZONE will be customized to support you. Artists will be working behind the chair at PENZONE x BASE ONE on guests paying base prices for services. Recent graduates needing additional support will start as an apprentice with a mentor in the PENZONE Salon + Spa locations. Hair Artists will complete learning modules with a combination of hands-on and online training. There is an opportunity to advance out of each module. Program can be completed in as little as 2 months, based on performance. If required, additional time is offered to assist our team members in mastering skills. Our Hair Artists are provided opportunities for promotion and advancement through our four levels (Stylist, Designer, Director + Senior Director) after completion of program.
