In this role you will be primary customer interface for IT support and systems administration of a local and virtual networks; work with various systems/technologies. This will include user account management, system, workstation troubleshooting, and network hardware/software maintenance, backup/disaster recovery maintenance, server maintenance and protection of information systems. Investigate antimicrobial properties of new drugs and new products. Provide expertise for sterilization, sterility, and packaging issues. Develop methods for development projects and new products. Maintain up-to-date knowledge with FDA regulations and applicable pharmacopeias in areas where product might be marketed.
