The CCH Technical Assistant ensures that CCH Licensees are complying with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) regulations by visiting clients throughout the State of Connecticut. Essential Duties/Key Responsibilities * Ensure licensing and financial responsibilities are met in all the CCH homes. * Participation as a team member. * Schedule and visit CCH homes monthly to include a minimum of 15-minute face to face visit with each client. * Schedule and attend quarterly and annual Licensee meetings. * Required to use personal vehicle or company vehicle (if available) to travel to all meetings. * Assist CCH Licensees with completion of their Statement of Deficiencies. * Assist CCH Licensees with completion of their Redetermination Statements. * Communication with DDS Case Managers and assist with financial issues. * Input client financial information into the computer. * Have knowledge of and follow DDS regulations. * Prepare all necessary visit reports as needed in a timely fashion. * Attend monthly CCH staff meetings. * Communicate with state agencies (DSS, DDS, Soc Sec) when entitlement issues arise. * Assist RN's and the LPN with client issues.
