Job Description:
The EEG Technician Assistant I is a skilled allied health professional who performs the diagnostic testing procedures of Electroencephalograms, in various forms, including routine, critical care and LTME (Long Term Monitoring for Epilepsy). EEG is used to measure and record the electrical activity of the brain.
Applies practical knowledge of the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of the central and peripheral nervous system is required to provide care appropriate to the patients receiving an EEG test. The EEG Technician Assistant I must demonstrate clinical application, age appropriate and population specific care and theoretical knowledge consistent with the current literature and accepted practice of the profession dictated by the American Clinical Neurophysiology Society (ACNS) or American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnostic Technologists (ABRET).

The Opportunity
The Director I, Technical Assistance is responsible for shaping and executing CEO's strategy to expand income-supported reentry employment through field partnerships, intermediary strategies, and technical assistance. This role designs and operationalizes CEO's support for community-based organizations, public agencies, and workforce providers through advisory and intermediary services such as SNAP E&T implementation. This position is also responsible for strengthening CEO's national platform for reentry field-building-advancing high-quality service delivery through scalable, collaborative infrastructure aligned with CEO's FY26-FY30 Strategic Plan.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Key responsibilities of the Director I, Technical Assistance include but are not limited to:
Intermediary Services & Platform Development
Lead CEO's strategy to deliver technical assistance and intermediary services to partners including onboarding, compliance oversight, and fiscal and data reporting.
Set performance expectations and ensure continuous improvement across technical assistance and intermediary portfolios.
Identify budget needs and resource allocation for TA and intermediary initiatives.
Supervise development and execution of technical assistance engagements (e.g., SNAP Employment & Training and others) for partners.
Oversee expansion and improvement of CEO's intermediary contracting structure, including collaboration with CEO's Central, Finance & Legal and Compliance teams
Coordinate cross-functional efforts with IT to scale and sustain CEO's resource center offerings, digital learning and AI content.
Ensure effective and timely services for technical assistance and intermediary engagements.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Strategy
Create and launch a scalable intermediary and technical assistance model and strategy including standardizing an approach, creating replicable tools, forms and pricing structure.
Identify and propose partnerships and opportunities CEO pursues within the TA and intermediary space.
Build buy-in among external partners to establish a portfolio of organizations receiving technical assistance or intermediary services from CEO, and monitor outcomes and fidelity to core program components.
Support CEO's technical assistance and intermediary services by coordinating with internal experts to create tools and training for reentry and workforce partners.
Lead strategy and relationship development with workforce, reentry, and public system stakeholders across new and existing geographies.
Assess opportunities to expand CEO's reach in new states via intermediary, technical assistance/ advisory, or direct service models.
Lead efforts to influence system change at the state level by shaping policy and funding infrastructure in collaboration with government partners.
Represent CEO in public forums, conferences, coalitions, and field-building conversations nationally.
Organizational and Team Support
Support the development and implementation of CEO's strategic plan
Supervise and support a team of staff and consultants delivering CEO's TA, intermediary, and expansion work.
Contribute to CEO's organizational planning, impact tracking, and platform strategy development.
Engage national resources in message development in collaboration with CEO's External Affairs team
Represent CEO in the community and sector by leading presentations, serving as a panelist at summits and conferences, and hosting webinars as needed
Attend trainings, conferences and other meetings that help further inform CEO's technical assistance, intermediary and policy strategy

Summary Description
Under direct supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties in the OR and related areas to assist the surgical team and surgeon. Performs the duties of a surgical technician and provides direct assistance to the surgeon as a surgical technologist first-assistant during surgeries. Facilitates surgical procedures by providing the surgeon with necessary surgical instruments, supplies and/or equipment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scrubs on all types of operating procedures; handles surgical instruments, sutures & sponges; anticipates the needs of the surgeon, assisting as required. Maintains strict aseptic technique, identifying and correcting any breaks in technique. Maintains an accurate count of sponges, sharps and instruments; assumes joint responsibility with the circulating nurse for ensuring that all are accounted for during and after the operation. Observes patient's condition while in the OR; reports any changes to the staff nurse and/or anesthesia.
2. Prepares for scheduled operative procedures, ensuring that necessary equipment, instruments and supplies are available and ready for use.
3. Maintains a clean and safe OR environment; cleans rooms and sterilizes equipment. Restocks OR with standard supplies and assists in updating surgical instrument sets. Maintains power equipment and specialty instrumentation within assigned specialty areas.
4. Assists in the transportation of patients to and from the OR; verifies patient identity; assists with lifting and positioning of patient for surgical procedures.
5. Provides direct assistance to the surgeon during surgery as first-assistant. Handles tissue; provides exposure, sutures, uses instruments and provides hemostasis under the direct supervision of the surgeon. Summary Description
Under direct supervision and according to established policies and procedures, performs a variety of duties in the OR and related areas to assist the surgical team and surgeon. Performs the duties of a surgical technician and provides direct assistance to the surgeon as a surgical technologist first-assistant during surgeries. Facilitates surgical procedures by providing the surgeon with necessary surgical instruments, supplies and/or equipment.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Scrubs on all types of operating procedures; handles surgical instruments, sutures & sponges; anticipates the needs of the surgeon, assisting as required. Maintains strict aseptic technique, identifying and correcting any breaks in technique. Maintains an accurate count of sponges, sharps and instruments; assumes joint responsibility with the circulating nurse for ensuring that all are accounted for during and after the operation. Observes patient's condition while in the OR; reports any changes to the staff nurse and/or anesthesia.
2. Prepares for scheduled operative procedures, ensuring that necessary equipment, instruments and supplies are available and ready for use.
3. Maintains a clean and safe OR environment; cleans rooms and sterilizes equipment. Restocks OR with standard supplies and assists in updating surgical instrument sets. Maintains power equipment and specialty instrumentation within assigned specialty areas.
4. Assists in the transportation of patients to and from the OR; verifies patient identity; assists with lifting and positioning of patient for surgical procedures.
5. Provides direct assistance to the surgeon during surgery as first-assistant. Handles tissue; provides exposure, sutures, uses instruments and provides hemostasis under the direct supervision of the surgeon. Facilitates surgical procedures by providing the surgeon with necessary surgical instruments, supplies and/or equipment.
6. Participates in the orientation of new surgical technician personnel.
7. May assist as second circulator under the direction of a registered nurse. Prepares materials to be presented in dept in-service education programs as assigned. Assists in the trial and evaluation of new surgical products. Provides input to managers in developing new policies and procedures for the department. Participates on committees as assigned.*

Minimum Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Certification as a surgical technologist by an accredited certifying agency recognized by the Association of Surgical Technologists.
3. Graduation from an accredited First Assistant program.
4. Surgical First Assistant certification.
5. Certified in CPR.
6. One to two years experience as a surgical technologist in an operating room setting.
Skills Required
1. Interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively and efficiently with nursing and medical staff in stressful and emergency situations.
2. Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, and lifting.
3. Manual dexterity and visual acuity including ability to see fine discriminate detail, to pass instruments, cut sutures, hold retractors, etc.
4. Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy required.

Specific Accountabilities:
· Responsible for the production of prepared foods items, including executing menus, hot food programs and producing sauces.
· Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Busch's recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
· Execute programs and procedures designed to promote deli hot case and hot food bar sales.
· Assist in reducing store shrink by using fresh/distressed perishable items in preparation.
· Rotate and cull product to ensure freshness and reduce shrink.
· Prep for and prepare HMR items and reutilization recipes. Evaluate and fix merchandising of HMR platters throughout shift.
· Identify and produce food production needs as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager.
· Assist with hot food preparation for catering orders.
· Clean and sanitize department including equipment, work/service areas, containers and utensils.
· Follow and record Busch's utilization standards.
· Maintain time and temperature food safety standards.
· Assist with store food demonstrations as needed.
· Represent our brand at outside company food events.
· Stay current on food trends and new items relevant to department and building sales.

Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years cooking experience.
· Food safety certification or willingness to be certified.
· This role typically works between the hours of 6:00 am - 7:00 pm any day Monday through Sunday. Other hours may be required as business dictates.
· Proficient merchandising skills to ensure fresh and appealing displays in ‘ready to eat' areas.
· Proficient culinary skills to follow recipes, sauté, work with knives, create appealing product and determine product quality.
· Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
· Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards.
· Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills.
