Resolve issues using the knowledgebase, escalate tickets immediately to appropriate support teams by assigning proper ticket priority and verifying customer names, contact information, location, issue, device impacted, error codes, and attaching screen shots
Provide customer follow up support for open, outstanding support requests and strive for a timely resolution
Provides enhanced desktop and user support service to VIP customers
Contributes knowledge and updated information to maintain the Desktop Support Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Training manuals for support
Follows an ITIL process to resolve incidents from beginning to end and has a very mature customer service outlook.

Experience configuring and troubleshooting iBackup systems.
2-4 years of experience managing and setting up WebEx and Audio-Visual System call accounts.
Experience providing system support to staff, including AV system support when needed.
Strong experience with Microsoft Windows and Office 365 Cloud Admin environments.
Knowledge of MS Windows and Mac operating systems.

Compensation

What you will be doing:
As a GNA/Med Tech, you will be assisting our residents and associates in our Residential Care Unit.
Duties include assisting residents with ADLs, daily activities, meals, medications, and accompanying medical appointments
Other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:

Must be able to take initiative to always find a way to say yes to both our residents and staff.
Able to handle difficult or emotional situations shows respect and sensitivity for cultural differences and adheres to residents’ bill of rights.
Able to work assigned schedules, have reliable transportation and be on time for scheduled shifts.
Most importantly have a positive attitude and be able to smile at all times (even under a mask).
10th-grade education, HS Diploma/GED preferred.
Must be currently licensed as a GNA.
2-3 years previous experience preferred.
