+ Provide exemplary customer service on every customer engagement, including but not limited to: Calls, emails, social media and any other type of communication; paying attention to detail and responding with first class customer service.
+ Review each job for proper sizing, colors, placement, and prior to scheduling job for installation.
+ Schedule installation appointments with designated service staff members as needed.
+ Update membership system, email system and phone support system with required customer information, notating accounts as necessary.
+ Cross training may be necessary to perform other duties as needed

This Position
Interim HealthCare is looking for compassionate, experienced Med Techs to provide standard patient care in healthcare facilities (nursing homes, long-term care, memory care, assisted living and skilled nursing) in Tequesta, Florida.
- Work in FACILITY ( NOT Home Health or Hospice)
- PRN --> part-time and full-time hours
- PAY RATE: $17-$22 per hour paid week
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Certification from a state approved Medication Aide course
- CNA license preferred but not required
- 1200 hours of experience as a Med Tech within the last 12 months
- Experience working in a healthcare facility within the last 2 years
- Work in healthcare facilities (this is NOT home health or hospice)
