Essential Functions * Maintain and support various campus switch sites by configuring VLANs, optimizing port assignments, and monitoring overall network performance. * Construct and manage user accounts within the Microsoft platform (Active Directory / Azure AD), including permissions, licenses, and group memberships. * Serve as a secondary point of contact for vendor relations and coordination. * Oversee phone system deployment by configuring phone sets, assigning extensions, managing various phone settings, and ensuring firmware/software of phone hardware is up to date. * Utilize exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve campus-wide technical issues. * Assume full responsibilities of the Technology Support Specialist when needed, including hands-on technical support, scheduling, and coordination of tasks. * Update and create documentation within the internal knowledge base and ensure proper inventory management as devices are deployed.
