Specifics:
Intake and resolution of Level 1/2 IT issues through a shared and remote support follow the sun model
Complex IT problem solving and investigation of recurring IT issues
Resolving on premise IT issues that may arise or be dispatched to your local location
Staying up to date on the latest IT service offerings, ITSM portals, active migration projects, and technical resolutions affecting our user base
Escalating any unresolved issues and/or Major Incidents to the Site Management Infrastructure (SMI) team

Key Duties
Create, review and triage support Tier (1-2) tickets on a timely basis

Some Duties To Include:
Recovering patients from anesthetic procedures for multiple departments on any given day, patients will remain in the anesthetic recovery technician/assistant's care for the remainder of their hospitalization so any other treatments or care for the patients will be this person's responsibility for the remainder of their shift.
Knowledge of possible post anesthetic complications and ability to relay information clearly to the overseeing doctor team.
Demonstrate and model strong technical skills including but not limited the ability to interrupt and carry out treatment orders provided by the overseeing doctor, venipuncture, IV catheter placement, emergent intubation, CPR procedures, along with central line, atrial line, chest tube and tracheostomy maintenance.

The Technical Assistant will provide individualized support to meet the academic, behavioral, and personal care needs of a student receiving special education services. The ACLU of Massachusetts (ACLUM) is seeking a full-time Technology for Liberty Fellow to join its Technology for Liberty (T4L) Program team. The T4L Fellow plays an integral part in ACLUM's efforts to safeguard and promote civil rights and civil liberties in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The focus of this role is to provide research, analysis, tools, and content-to increase transparency and accountability in the use of technology, promote synergy between new technologies and civil rights and civil liberties, protect privacy, and advance racial justice. This position reports to the Senior Advocacy Director for Technology & Justice and partners with other ACLUM colleagues to achieve program, legislative, litigation and other public advocacy objectives for the organization.
The ideal candidate for this position brings a keen interest in the intersection of technology and civil rights and civil liberties; enjoys working both independently and as a member of a diverse and multi- disciplinary team; and is comfortable working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications, Experience and Attributes

Fluency in an analytic programming language such as Python or R.
