Our client is seeking an IT Systems Support Analyst to serve as the front line of technical support for internal users. This role is hands-on, people-facing, and critical to keeping daily operations running smoothly. You'll troubleshoot issues, manage service tickets, and support a wide range of hardware, software, and network systems in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Log, prioritize, and resolve help desk tickets in a timely manner
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Provide in-person, phone, and email support to end users
Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and mobile devices
Support Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and common enterprise applications
Manage new user onboarding and employee offboarding
Perform routine software updates, patches, and device replacements
Assist with mobile device management (MDM)
Coordinate with vendors and escalate complex issues when needed
Document solutions, develop troubleshooting checklists, and recommend preventative improvements
Required Qualifications
1-5 years of experience in an end-user IT support or help desk role
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Working knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and desktop hardware
Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
Experience supporting mobile devices (iOS preferred)
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users

Overview
The Statewide Technical Specialist is a recognized subject matter expert within their specific discipline and contributes to national technical committees within their area of technical expertise. The Statewide Technical Specialist provides discipline-specific technical expertise to divisions within TDOT as well as assistance to consultants, contractors, suppliers, federal and state agency partners, local governments, transit agencies, aviation authorities, utility companies, and developers as part of enhancing TDOTs transportation infrastructure network.
Statewide Technical Specialists are responsible for overseeing transportation professional planning and public outreach, as well as the collection and analysis of data and information for the development of technical reports, grants, and contracts used as part of TDOTs infrastructure for all modes of transportation. This position is expected to use engineering judgment and decision-making skills in providing for the interpretation of state statutes, regulations, policies, plans, specifications, standards, grants, and contracts.
This position assists Project Teams in navigating change throughout the life of a project by providing innovative solutions for the resolution of complex issues; safeguarding statewide consistency, ensuring exceedingly complex program issues are routinely communicated; risk, quality, and change management are addressed; and policies, procedures, and standards are consistently applied.
This position is expected to take an active role in the Alternative Delivery program, ensuring statewide consistency, staying relevant and engaged as part of their specific discipline, reviewing alternative technical concepts, and adapting new technologies and best practices in driving TDOT's transportation projects forward.

Nationally certified histotechnician experienced in receiving, processing, and preparing patient tissue specimens for microscopic examination and analysis by the pathologist. YOUR LIFE AS A LUBE TECH - AUTOMOTIVE TECH ASSISTANT
Our shop hours are Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 6 pm. Occasional overtime work may be required for this entry-level diesel and auto repair position.
As a Lube Tech - Automotive Tech Assistant, you offer valuable support to our customers and our mechanics. Your professional appearance and courteous demeanor impress our customers as you check in their automobiles. You're comfortable driving all types of cars and light trucks, and you treat them with care as you pull them into the shop and set the automotive lift. As a team-oriented employee, you're always happy to lend a hand when our mechanics require assistance.
You take responsibility for completing light-duty service procedures, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks. You're glad you work in a state-of-the-art shop that provides all the tools you need to do your job efficiently. If you notice an issue with a car that requires additional repairs, you promptly notify management. You understand the importance of having an organized, clean work area, and you make sure your tools are properly maintained.
