It helps local transportation agencies learn about constructing, maintaining and improving their roads and bridges, innovative methods and materials and ways to work smarter. Colorado LTAP is a three-way partnerships between the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), The Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT), and Front Range Community College (FRCC), who administers the program.
