Chase is an industry leader that supports one of the world's largest owned ATM fleet (~17K ATMs) enabling 600MM customer transactions annually. The ATM channel is a critical component of our physical brand presence and provides a self-service option for our customers to access cash as well as a range of other functionality.

Seeking a Product Analyst to set the direction and lead and manage new initiatives in the ATM product. This position is intended to provide the occupant with an opportunity to be exposed to a broad variety of JPMorgan Chase's new innovation capabilities and to deliver a new set of customer capabilities at the ATM. The ideal candidate must have proven track record of successfully leading cross organizational efforts.
In this position, the candidate will be responsible for:

Coordinating and leading business initiatives across organizations to deliver projects on time and with quality, especially with competing projects vying for the same resources Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Recognizing project issues and risks thereby engaging proper resources to determine a mitigation plan or strategy in order to move the project forward. Involves identifying issues that warrant management syndication/approval and facilitating communications with the project team about those issues. Assessing program health and reporting status on a periodic basis.

REQUIREMENTS: 3-5 years product and project experience involving complex business, operations and technology delivery, plus:

Knowledge of and experience with delivering consumer business functions through electronic delivery channels Strong knowledge of business operations and their interdependencies with technology-based solutions Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects/programs Experience with anticipating issues, proactively preparing the necessary communications and delivering those communications in a manner that facilitates consensus and decision making Strong business acumen and relationship management skills Prior experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, communication skills, writing skills Self-starter, motivated and independent worker.

Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst , you will play a critical role in the application development lifecycle and will be responsible for developing, interpreting, reviewing, validating, documenting, and maintaining business and functional requirements across various applications and application teams. In this position, you will collaborate with key business stakeholders and evaluate business requests to determine feasibility, research, and identify options that best serve business needs. You will present information and track and respond to questions related to business standards.
You will collaborate with subject matter experts from across the EHI organization as well as vendors to provide a rental solution for our partners. In addition, you will participate in acceptance testing, identifying potential problems, and assisting with researching opportunities to minimize complexity. You will serve as the primary interface between the business, project managers, and software engineers to implement new functionality and modifications, meeting all development, PII and PCI security standards. The Reference Data Solutions department has an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to be part of our Renter/Loyalty team. The team is involved in several exciting initiatives including technology modernization and integration with our new Loyalty platform. You will be part of a full stack Java software delivery team consisting of analysts, engineers, and technical leaders responsible for a suite of applications and services, supporting Renter and Loyalty capabilities, using technologies such as Restful APIs, AWS Cloud, React, and Oracle. You will have the responsibility of working with several different business partners, product, and client teams to gather and document requirements for our applications and services.

Title:
IT Business Analyst

KBR is seeking to hire an IT Business Analyst (BA). The candidate BA will perform a variety of engineering work in the development of an operable system capable of meeting requirements within imposed constraints including cost and schedule. Will develop and implement, with Government approval, a CI/CD deployment tool suite and pipeline including automated deployment scripting and execution, automated testing, and automated cybersecurity assessment to allow for faster deployment. Install and configure hardware and software in development, test, and production environments and integrate within applicable subsystems. Administer integration of test facilities, assess performance, and provide feedback to stakeholders, including program office personnel, developers, vendors, users, user representatives, and test personnel. The candidate will also design and/or analyze subsystem interfaces to ensure that subsystems are integrated and work together to form a viable complete system. Perform functional analysis of a system to ensure it meets performance criteria and mission constraints and to feed the analysis results back to the subsystem development teams. Formulates, recommends, and directs operations and procedures to resolve engineering and/or technical problems regarding operations, and equipment utilization on multiple networks and classification enclaves. Provides technical assistance and instruction relative to design problems. Conducts special studies and investigations related to project activities and recommends changes as appropriate to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and meet changed or new requirements. Analyzes project requirements and provides information and instruction for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, designing, and modifying equipment as appropriate. Plans and coordinates the work of other engineers and technical personnel, with completed assignments subject to minimum review of overall results.

The candidate should be able to:

• Interact with multiple stakeholders, identify technical details/requirements, and track/verify implementation.
• Read and understand technical documentation to ensure interface requirements have been accurately fulfilled.
• Troubleshoot software deployments and identify potential methods of resolving implementation issues

Qualifications

• Requires a college or university degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Able to obtain Security+ certification withing 6 months of start date
• 2+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
