Position Overview The AI & Business Systems Manager is a senior, hands-on role responsible for designing, governing, and operationalizing artificial intelligence across Christopher Homes' real estate development and luxury homebuilding platform. The manager will report to our CFO. This role requires deep, proven experience in real estate development and residential construction combined with advanced applied AI, data, and enterprise systems expertise. The manager can work on-site or have a hybrid schedule.
