Responsibilities
* Technically designs, develops, and tests configurations for Cloud and for On-Premise implementations
* Technically designs, develops, and tests advanced technical configurations using JavaScript, SQL, XML, and C#
* Triages and resolves configuration and advanced configuration
Requirements
* Technical Coding/Scripting Skills - self rate and pass technical tests with at least a 7/10 in JavaScript and SQL. Ideally you already know XML and C# but we can teach it to you.
* ERP/CRM and SaaS Experience - 1-3 years of experience developing, supporting, or designing SaaS solutions for any ERP/CRM system., ideally by Blackbaud, Microsoft (Great Plains, SL, 365BC), Sage, or NetSuite.
* Querying Skills - experience working with relational databases and reporting tools, ideally SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), but anything from Crystal Reports to Tableau.
* Integration Skills - nice to have is familiarity with REST APIs and direct SQL connections; or some legacy Microsoft tools such as E-connect or and Catalina.
* Education - either a degree from an accredited four-year undergraduate institution in computer science/information systems, or 3 years prior work experience with the above technologies, or from a reputable technical boot camp with multiple relevant certifications from Coursera et al.
