Pros of working at TCP Lighting

Consistent paycheck, the security of having a job.

Cons of working at TCP Lighting

The management of the company was not run efficiently and they were not about moral value of a work/family balanced life. No room for growth potential and employees were overworked and underpaid.

They would need to reorganize their values and start investing in employee recognition and acknowledgement.

Easy.. I left and found another company that actually valued my work ethics.

Being able to empathize with the warehouse staff and assist them when they’re inundated with their workflow.

Nothing , they are the problem. Dishonest and always looking for the next person to drive the bus over

Ellis needs to step down. Stop telling lies about earning potential in interviews stop stealing commissions, stop selling direct with your "secret" group.
