Consistent paycheck, the security of having a job.

The management of the company was not run efficiently and they were not about moral value of a work/family balanced life. No room for growth potential and employees were overworked and underpaid.

Getting paid.

Nothing

They would need to reorganize their values and start investing in employee recognition and acknowledgement.

Easy.. I left and found another company that actually valued my work ethics.

Their pay was far worse than the other companies out there.

I don’t.

Being able to empathize with the warehouse staff and assist them when they’re inundated with their workflow.

Your coworkers try and help you but all levels of management areca joke

Screaming, swearing, threats and they will lie about pay and then not pay your commissions.

They pay on time

Nothing , they are the problem. Dishonest and always looking for the next person to drive the bus over

Ellis needs to step down. Stop telling lies about earning potential in interviews stop stealing commissions, stop selling direct with your "secret" group.
