At Affinity Consulting, we're hiring a Project Manager to join our Enterprise Consulting Team and coordinate the delivery of complex software implementations for large law firms and corporate legal departments-particularly document management systems like NetDocuments. You'll work alongside Project Leads, technical specialists, and client stakeholders to turn plans into executed outcomes and help every project move from kickoff to completion with clarity, calm, and collaboration. As a Project Manager on Affinity's Enterprise Team, you'll: Coordinate internal and external teams through complex software rollouts Create and manage project plans, timelines, and documentation Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables-keeping everything moving Support communication across client and internal stakeholders Flag scope changes, resourcing issues, or risks proactively Help the Project Lead translate strategy into action Contribute to process improvement and project delivery best practices What we're looking for. 3+ years of experience managing software implementation projects Experience working with legal clients, tech teams, or both Familiarity with NetDocuments or other legal DMS platforms (preferred) Strong project planning, task tracking, and documentation skills Confidence running client meetings and facilitating effective collaboration Ability to identify and manage risk across timelines, budgets, and scope Clear, organized communication style and a collaborative mindset A sense of ownership and calm in the face of shifting priorities Bonus points if you bring: PMP certification (or are working toward it) Experience implementing or managing NetDocuments Experience with change management or adoption strategy Prior experience in legal tech consulting or at a law firm or corporate legal department More about us and details you'll want to know.
