Essential Duties • Communicate status of project and merger work in order to ensure all stakeholders are informed of progress and/or delays in assigned tasks on a consistent basis. • Assist with ensuring all hardware equipment is maintained to promote lasting functionality and trouble shoot system issues to reduce downtime. This includes maintaining functioning inventory and placing applicable orders for replacements when needed. • Provide/administrate all system upgrades, replacements and additions to credit union desktops, hardware, and software to ensure team members have the proper tools to perform their job responsibilities. • Provide assistance for contractor work involving hardware reallocation and reinstallations to ensure accurate completion of projects and soundness of equipment is maintained. • Enter trouble ticket information into Help Desk database to maintain appropriate problem tracking and resolution. • Offer technical support for other area/department/branches within the Credit Union in order to ensure efficient operations of credit union functions. • Maintain and verify software and vendor licenses for legal use and compliance in order to avoid interruptions to team member usage of software/hardware. • Organize hardware inventory and make recommendations for purchases to maintain branch and department needs. This includes but is not limited to printers, signature pads, monitors and telecommunication devices, etc. • Recycle outdated and non functional hardware following proper procedure ensuring all sensitive information is properly removed. • Travel to existing and new member center locations to deliver functioning and/or remove outdated hardware to ensure hardware needs and timelines for projects and mergers are met. • Assist team members in trouble shooting remote access delivery systems to ensure member access is granted. This includes but is not limited to; mobile banking, eBanking, ePay, RDC and telebanking. • Watch for trends in hardware and software in order to make recommendations to improve efficiency in serving the organizational needs. Operations Research Engineers may help develop planning, blending, scheduling, and process models for refinery engineers. The models are used to optimize crude oil purchasing, refinery production, blending and finished product scheduling, and optimization of refinery production. Typical college co-op assignments include: validation of production data and mass balancing, process modeling, and development of graphical interfaces of refinery process units. Environmental Engineers work on projects that involve the compliance of the entire refinery, and you will be exposed to the majority of process units in the refinery. You will be applying the engineering principles and calculations to various environmental projects and will also give you a broad knowledge of the various environmental laws that are applicable to refineries and what it takes to maintain compliance with those laws. Past projects/duties include: perform process calculations for the Risk Management Plan, including taking physical surveys of refinery process units; work on various process engineering projects within a Wastewater Treatment Plant; participate in inspections and/or testing that is conducted by federal, state, or local officials. Products Control / Economics Engineers may work on a wide array of projects including operations, blending, and refinery economics. You will gain an understanding of how a tank farm is operated and how gasoline and other products are prepared and shipped to customers. In addition, you will gain some exposure to the overall economics of the refinery and how operating decisions are made based upon these economics. Past projects/duties include: analyze refinery process flow data and compare to recommended optimum levels, this will help in identifying equipment failures which cause variances in capacity from the optimum levels; update information on gasoline blends and tank samples in preparation for an annual blender waiver audit; develop applications to better present process data for refinery operating decisions. Specific Accountabilities: · Responsible for the production of prepared foods items, including executing menus, hot food programs and producing sauces. · Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the Busch’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards. · Execute programs and procedures designed to promote deli hot case and hot food bar sales. · Assist in reducing store shrink by using fresh/distressed perishable items in preparation. · Rotate and cull product to ensure freshness and reduce shrink. · Prep for and prepare HMR items and reutilization recipes. Evaluate and fix merchandising of HMR platters throughout shift. · Identify and produce food production needs as directed by Deli/Bakery Manager. · Assist with hot food preparation for catering orders. · Clean and sanitize department including equipment, work/service areas, containers and utensils. · Follow and record Busch’s utilization standards. · Maintain time and temperature food safety standards. · Assist with store food demonstrations as needed. · Represent our brand at outside company food events. · Stay current on food trends and new items relevant to department and building sales. · Contribute to organizational effectiveness by offering information and suggestions. · Execute with operational integrity by anticipating problems, taking preventative measures, and adapting to changes that improve our operations or guest experience. · Consistently follow Busch’s policies and procedures. · Share our passion for our products by being familiar with our products and services and actively seeking and sharing that information. Requirements: · Minimum 3 years cooking experience. · Food safety certification or willingness to be certified. · This role typically works between the hours of 6:00 am – 7:00 pm any day Monday through Sunday. Other hours may be required as business dictates. · Proficient merchandising skills to ensure fresh and appealing displays in ‘ready to eat’ areas. · Proficient culinary skills to follow recipes, sauté, work with knives, create appealing product and determine product quality. · Proficient organization and planning skills, especially to manage multiple deadlines and projects. · Proficient cleaning abilities to meet sanitation and visual standards. · Proficient communication skills, including written, verbal and listening skills. · Proficient computer skills in excel, word and email.
