**Meet the Team**
Orchestration and Automation is now a key part of any technology and in our organization, we bridge the gap between what products do and customers need. As Software Consulting Engineer Intern, you will work directly with your Manager and Mentor to gain hands on experience of developing software solutions for customers using Cisco Secure Development Lifecycle processes, across different Cisco technologies. You will have the opportunity to participate in one or more projects, and interact with customers, Software Architects, Delivery Engineers, Managers and Cisco Customer Experience (CX) Leadership.
**Your Impact**
During the program you will participate in day-to-day delivery activities such as coding, customer meetings, deliverable creation, building labs, DevOps, deployment, and troubleshooting. **Minimum Qualifications**
· Currently enrolled in a certification program (e.g., Boot Camp, Apprenticeship, Community College), or currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program. Relevant fields include: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical fields
· Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms.
· Development experience using Python, Java, Spring/Spring Boot, JUnit tests.
· Proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts
· Experience with UNIX, Linux and Windows Operating Systems.

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
+ .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
+ 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
+ 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
+ Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

* Servicing of products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Identification, analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing systems and products at customer's location
* Performing timely preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers
* Performing repairs, overhauls, and start-ups of commercial HVAC systems
* Uses a variety of hand tools, following blueprints, wiring diagrams, piping schemes or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units
* Documents work by completing paperwork on each job daily and closing out jobs in a timely manner where applicable
* Determining parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need
* Preparing for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary
* Provide technical support and act as a resource for customers
* Knowledgeable with the products and services offered by Brady
* Inspect, maintain, and complete necessary repairs for all company provided materials including fleet vehicle, tools, equipment where provided
* Maintain service uniform wear such as hats, shirts, pants, and shoes to ensure compliance with company dress code

The likely salary range for this position is $125,528 - $169,832. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
