What You Will Do:
Work closely with existing Account Managers in customer plant environments, focusing on food safety and food quality using effective, efficient sanitation products and processes. As strong business partners, our Account Managers work with customers to develop sanitation plans and programs, evaluate processes and procedures, and identify and implement operational efficiencies.
Learn the daily responsibilities of an Ecolab Account Manager and work on specific value-added projects throughout the summer for which you ultimately present findings to our leadership team
Cultivate business relationships with all levels of plant staff through professional demeanor & interpersonal skills
Apply mechanical aptitude to repair, adjust, test and install Ecolab chemical dispensing systems as well as food, beverage and dairy processing equipment including clean in place (CIP) equipment and systems
Monitor product performance and adjust chemical concentration levels to advance operational efficiency and effectiveness
Provide industry expertise and training to customers regarding plant sanitation, standard operating procedures, and issues of food safety/quality
Introduce new product/service offerings to existing accounts to help them disinfect surfaces in a plant facility
Learn how to successfully prospect to generate new business

The Tier 2 Help Desk Technician handles advanced IT support requests and escalations from Tier 1 staff. This role requires expertise in network, server, and VOIP administration, with the ability to proactively maintain, monitor, and optimize client IT systems. The position is on-site and requires frequent client site visits in the Boise area.
Responsibilities
Provide friendly, timely, and effective IT support to clients, ensuring a positive experience
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues across networks, servers, VOIP, and end-user devices
Monitor and maintain client systems proactively using advanced tools and solutions
Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, network devices, firewalls, and VOIP systems
Collaborate with Tier 1 technicians to diagnose, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently
Apply diagnostic techniques to identify root causes, recommend solutions, and implement fixes
Document all support actions, system changes, and resolutions in the tracking system
Train users on proper use of hardware, software, and network resources

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; relevant IT certifications a plus (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA)
Valid Driver's License required
3+ years' experience in Tier 2 or equivalent IT support role, preferably at an MSP
Strong experience in network administration, including LAN/WAN, routing, switching, firewalls, and wireless networks
Strong experience in server administration, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365 environments
VOIP system administration experience
Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues across a variety of platforms
Ability to manage a flexible schedule and work on-site at client locations
Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical information to non-technical users
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 40-50 lbs
Comfortable working on ladders up to 10 feet

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work directly with EIT's, Engineers and Project Managers to produce designs and drawings from project requirements, sketches, existing drawings and electronic images, written and verbal descriptions.
* The successful candidate will assist in the design and drafting of small, medium and large size Development (residential, commercial, industrial) related projects.
* Responsibilities include: roadway, drainage, and utility infrastructure drafting for residential and commercial site development projects.
* Site inspections/monitoring on project job sites.
* Work closely with all departments to ensure that the drawings convey the correct information.
* Work from customer drawings, company drawings, government drawings or specifications.
* Research technical and other information sources to resolve complex problems.
* Use the drawing standards as guidelines.
* Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
* Experience with Autodesk Civil3D a plus.
* Experience with GIS and ESRI software a plus.
* 3D modeling experience a plus.
* Responsibilities may include 3D surface modeling and design drafting.
* Perform additional duties/assignments related to projects as required.
* Availability to occasionally work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
* A working knowledge of Microsoft products such as Word and Excel is required.
* Knowledge of construction plans including plan and profile development, grading and drainage.
* Knowledge of principals of design and construction for utilities, infrastructure and roads.
* Ability to independently perform assignments with broad generalized instruction from professional staff.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills.
* Demonstrated effective written and oral communication skills.
* Demonstrates "best practices" techniques and a willingness to learn.
* Attendance, punctuality and reliability required
MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
* Enrolled in a Bachelors/Associates/technical program in engineering or related field from an accredited school preferred.
* Proficient with Autodesk Civil3D (MicroStation a bonus).
* Proficient with MS Word and Excel software.
* Ability to effectively communicate with peers, co-workers, clients, customer, and the public.
* Candidate must possess a valid Driver's License; must be able to meet company insurability requirements.
