This position requires being a part of the 24/7, 365-day, after-hours coverage rotation with other members of the IT support team. Currently rotation is 1 week at a time, frequency of rotation dependent on Company needs. Key Responsibilities: Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, and ticketing system in a timely manner which is dictated by internal metrics. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms. Install, configure, and update computer systems, applications, and peripherals. Provide training and guidance to end-users on software applications and best practices. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support teams as necessary. Document and track support requests, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system. Collaborate with the IT team to improve system performance and reliability. Assist in maintaining camera hardware inventory, ensuring all assets are properly repaired, tracked and updated. Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to provide effective solutions. Contribute to knowledge base articles and self-help documentation for end-users. Qualifications: Education: Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Experience: 1-3 years of technical and/or customer support or IT help desk experience preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting operating systems (Windows, mac OS), Microsoft Office Suite, remote desktop tools, and networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN). Proficiency in ticketing systems and remote support tools. Experience with Salesforce is also preferred. Certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or similar certifications are a plus. For more information about the company and product line visit: **************** Position Summary: The Ammo R&D Intern is responsible for testing and development of ammunition products using industry standard equipment and creating well written reports in the execution of advanced test plans. This is an entry level position to develop and test ammunition in accordance with company standards. The Intern will collaborate with Design Engineers, Manufacturing Engineering, Production and Quality on new product development. This includes product design, data collection, troubleshooting and root cause analysis, as well as workplace organization and safety. Job Duties and Responsibilities: * Assist with the design of new ammunition components and cartridges. * Handload various ammunition for test and evaluation. * Directly assists in Engineering and Production testing of new products. * Provides efficient and effective planning and performance of routine and non-routine mechanical inspection using pre-determined methods for product acceptability. * Provide assistance in the development of fixtures and gauges. * Perform ammunition testing to ensure compliance with all Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturing Institute (SAAMI) standards for ammunition manufacturing following approved testing protocols for all key performance data including (but not limited to) - Pressure, Velocity, Accuracy, and Primer Sensitivity. * Safely and effectively operates test equipment according to manuals, work instructions, or industry standards. * Follows moderately complex test plans to execute testing of ammunition as assigned. * Document raw test data and creates comprehensive written test reports to SIG SAUER INC standards as assigned. * Analyze test data to provide periodic, accurate test status reports to Management as assigned with minimal support. * Participate in analytic groups for driving to the root cause of internal and external quality failures, particularly related to the prevention of customer escapes. * Must be able to infrequently work a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends or holidays based on customer demands or to support organizational goals. * Maintain range certification while always handling and shooting firearms in accordance with SIG SAUER INC policy. * Participate in and sustains 5S * Must follow all required ISO procedures, comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements, and adhere to SIG SAUER, Inc. security mandates. * Miscellaneous duties as assigned. Education, Experience, and Required Skills: * Enrolled in Science and Technology degree program required. * Knowledge of traditional measuring devices (e.g., indicators, height gages, calipers, micrometers). * Experience reading drawings and blueprints, including working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing. * Establish and maintain functional knowledge of the operation and maintenance of all quality inspection equipment used in the ammunition manufacturing process. * Rudimentary knowledge of components, assemblies, and product form, fit, and function. * Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills. * Shooting experience preferred. * Experience using and maintaining firearms is preferred. Working Conditions: * Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer using a keyboard and mouse performing repetitive tasks. * Ability to open file cabinets, reach with hands and arms, bend, and twist, lift and move files. * Ability to lift up to 25 pounds. * Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required. * Must comply with all work exposure EH&S training requirements and adhere to SIG SAUER Inc.
