Essential Functions: Imaging Study Flow & Error Resolution Monitor and work imaging-related error queues in Epic, PACS, and connected systems. Identify and resolve issues with orders, results, worklists, and image routing. Validate that imaging studies are properly ordered, completed, and flowing through the system. Perform basic troubleshooting of DICOM and workflow issues and escalate when needed. Epic & PACS Integration Support Collaborate with Epic analysts to reduce recurring errors and improve upstream workflows. Verify that imaging orders match modality workflows and ensure studies reconcile correctly. Assist with patient/study clean-ups such as merges, corrections, and updates. Application & User Support Provide day-to-day support to Imaging departments, radiologists, and technologists. Assist with access requests, onboarding, and basic user training. Document common issues, workflows, and solutions. Workflow Improvement Partner with Imaging leadership to understand operational workflows and identify inefficiencies. Provide feedback to Epic and PACS teams to prevent common error patterns. Participate in small projects aimed at improving imaging study throughput. System Maintenance & Coordination Assist in routine system checks to ensure images and orders are flowing normally. Coordinate with vendors or internal teams on simple fixes or ticket triage.     Washington County's Land Use & Transportation Department is now hiring a limited-duration Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Technician I. The GIS Technician I is responsible for many tasks within the division related to cartographic production data maintenance of geospatial datasets pertaining to the maintenance of roads and other transportation assets. The work assigned requires significant attention to detail and commitment to accuracy with repetitive data entry tasks in both a desktop GIS application and the County's Enterprise Asset Management System. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be familiar with the fundamentals of cartographic production and techniques of data maintenance and be able to quality control their work, specifically geo-referencing, querying, and editing in ArcGIS Pro software.
