Responsibilities DUTIES: Responsible for providing strategic advice as it relates to performance of highly complex Project Control/Financial/Planning & Scheduling activities and/or supervising the overall effort for a project or program. Provides strategic advise to management towards execution of plans. Develops, implements,and directs the total project/ program on projects/major work scopes. Demonstrate creative ability and knowledge in the development of project baseline plans, milestone schedules, work breakdown structures and spend plans . Innovate new project control/financial analysis concepts utilizing demonstrated personal expertise and leadership in the functional area of project control/financial analysis/P&S including the development of advanced system applications. Provide state-of-the-art technical expertise to guide subordinates in the development of highly complex multi-project integrated area project analysis and problem correction. Provides guidance and oversight of the variance analysis process. Maintains working knowledge of the functionality of Site Business systems and provides advise pertaining tovpotential improvements. Responsible for providing technical and administrative direction, coordination, evaluation, training and coaching to a team of Project Controls/Financial Analysts/P&S specialists. Develops and delivers training programs in Project Controls/Financial Controls/Planning & Scheduling systems and methods. Lead, prepares and presents financial information in appropriate format to Senior/Executive SRNS management. Initiate and frequently deliver concise and accurate presentations to internal and external customers regarding project implementation plans, status, changes and new approaches, including complex technical, organizational and financial issues. Conduct significantly complex analysis of problems involving numerous financial and /or technical disciplines. Develop new and innovative alternative strategies enabling the early achievement of milestones. Perform risk analysis and provide decision authority for defining and approaching corrective actions and establishing priorities. Act as a business/financial advisor and consultant to financial/ project management teams, peers, less experienced financial / project managers and SRS senior management, as well as external customers. Work with scope owners to develop a resource loaded schedule in P6 Maintain schedule though forecasting and critical path analysis Support risk management Execute change management Manage budget and provide status reports Train/mentor others Primavera P6 System Administration Data Extractions Education Requirements A Master's degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 17 years of practical experience. Bachelor's (BA or BS) degree in business / construction management / technical / engineering or a related area and 21 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. Associate's degree and 23 years of practical experience would be considered equivalent. High school diploma and 24 years of relevant experience would also be considered equivalent. Possesses strong personal computer skills. Qualifications Candidate must be a U.S. Citizen. Satisfactory results of a pre-employment screening, which includes a drug and breath alcohol test, along with a Motor Vehicle Record check. Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a DOE Security Clearance. Nuclear industry experience - DOE complex experience Must possess strong personal computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Possession of an active DOE/DoD clearance within the past two (2) years is preferred. Previous DOE/NNSA work experience. Developed P6 & Project Management training Project controls, project management, and construction experience Experience in earned value management Work Schedule A 40 hour work week is scheduled. Client utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hour/day; five days per week), 4/10's (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80's (9 hours/day, five days on week AA and four days on week BB. Work week excludes Client holidays. Each workday has 30-minute lunch. Overtime will be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be utilized at the discretion of the Manager. Responsibilities The Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) intern will perform meaningful work in support of the SRMC organization. The selected Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) intern will assist with various projects related to the SRMC engineering and process systems, such as control systems, process information systems, maintenance, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML) etc. The candidate will assist with the following: • Collecting and analyzing process data using tools like Excel, PI, databases, etc. • Evaluating and recommending solutions to improve process efficiency and performance using engineering and technical tools like artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), simulators, modeling, etc. • Documenting and presenting findings and recommendations using tools like Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. • Supporting the system obsolescence review by identifying and assessing the impact of outdated or obsolete components or technologies • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Excel, etc. Additional Information: The internship is expected to be a 10-12 week period from May 2026 until the end of July 2026.
