Experience and Education

Responsibilities:
Prioritize assigned helpdesk tickets and respond quickly to customer needs.
Respond to and resolve escalated technical support tickets from Level 1 technicians.
Troubleshoot and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.

This is a general internship application for our Summer 2025 Internship Program. We will work to determine which internship is suitable for you based on your skills, experience, and interests. As a Silver Dollar UniverCity Intern, you will serve in a frontline or leadership role within one of the following divisions:
Attractions Operations

This multi-week program will provide you with unique opportunities to engage with members of leadership from various aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry, work on projects designed to improve the guest experience, and form meaningful connections with both peers and mentors.
You must be currently at least 18 years of age and enrolled in an accredited college, university, or technical school degree program to participate. This program runs from May 18th through August 14th.
