The IT Support Specialist will provide essential operational support to ensure Spiegelworld's technology systems are efficient, secure, and accessible to staff. Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Support Specialist will assist with implementing and managing both hardware and software systems, monitor network security, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors for system updates and maintenance.
