Provides advice and guidance to complete complex projects. May assist supervisor with project budget oversight. May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Reporting Relationships: Reports to Supervisor or Manager. May lead project teams during operations or maintenance. Typical Skills and Experiences: Education: Associate of science degree, certificate from technical school or successful completion of Department of Labor-approved training program or equivalent. License/Certification/Designation: Associates must acquire the required federal and/or state licenses and registrations within the time designated by the business unit. Additional licenses and registrations may be required when new products and services are implemented. If an associate fails or is unable to obtain required licenses and registrations within the designated time period, the associate will be ineligible to continue in the position and employment may end. Licenses, certifications and designations required or preferred include the following: Predictive: Level 1 Vibration Certification, Level 1 Thermography Certification required.
