In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining press brake machines to produce precision sheet metal parts, ensuring all work meets quality standards and production schedules. You will operate the press brake for production runs, select and program tooling, adjust machine settings for accuracy, and inspect finished parts. Additionally, you'll record production data, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with team members to uphold safety protocols. Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, with potential overtime on Fridays and some Saturdays. Most often, you will enjoy a 3-day weekend if preferred. Overtime is typically available on Friday or Saturday. As part of their team, you will help ensure product quality and support on-time shipment by performing precision inspections and supporting quality initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting dimensional and attribute inspections using CMMs, calipers, and micrometers, and updating reports according to customer specifications and industry standards. You will collaborate with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues and support product verification processes. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, with every other Friday off on a 9/80 schedule. Hours typically range from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
