The program combines technical and professional training with access to internships and job placement support through our industry-leading talent placement firm YUPRO Placement. If you receive an internship, it may be at Microsoft, Accenture, Salesforce, or Seattle Children's Hospital among other leading organizations in the Seattle/Bellevue Washington area.

Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project and program management, with a focus on marketing initiatives and lead generation.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Drive project management ROB, build structure, and add rigor to PM processes as needed.
Initiate and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies.
Learn and execute social trafficking, QA, and testing processes on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Export weekly reports and share them across appropriate teams.
Drive projects forward through detailed notes and documentation, tracking of key actions and project needs (types of projects - localization, automation, etc.).
Qualifications:
Years of Experience Required: 3-4 years of experience in the field.
Degrees or Certifications: No degree is required, but a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Strong media mindset, understanding of audience and targeting, channels, budgets, and acquisition/syndication partner complexities.
Experience with execution and finalizing key deliverables, confidence in assessing requests against SLAs.
Self-starter with the ability to balance multiple projects and time-sensitive deliverables.
