The Associate Project Manager for Interior Finishes will work for one of the firm's current largest projects based in Sarasota, FL. He/she will report directly to the Senior Construction Project Manager. The Associate Project Manager for Interior Finishes will be responsible for assisting in the planning, coordination, selection, procurement, installation and implementation of both interior and exterior finishes for the firm's new construction condominium project based in downtown Sarasota. The Associate Project Manager for interior finishes will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of interior design aspects within one of Silver Sky's leading development projects. This role requires a combination of creative vision, technical knowledge, and strong management skills. Education and Professional Designations: ● Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or equivalent highly desired, but not required Experience Requirements: ● 3-5 years in Construction Project Management or Project Coordination Role for Real Estate Development firm Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 annual salary, commensurate with experience Bonus eligibility based on the operating results of the Project.
