Obtain current structural drawings from the General Contractor and interface drawings from other trades for site use. Establish Schedules of Values for projects, assisting with monthly requisitions, change orders, and other project accounting duties. Develop project schedules based on client requirements, factual durations, and lead times. Coordinate material release for fabrication in alignment with the project schedule. Provide project design managers with details and sketches for non-compliant conditions, including structural drawings and those from other trades interfacing with the curtain wall. Obtain construction permits, follow job safety & insurance program, ensure project is in accordance with the code and requirement. Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields. Master's degree is a plus. General knowledge of the construction industry and its standard practices (preferred). Knowledge of the curtainwall industry (a plus).
