Candidate MUST have experience managing large renovation projects from start to finish including understanding of plans, specifications, construction means, methods and materials. Key Responsibilities: · Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring processes. · Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and collaboration. · Identify risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies. · Communicate project status to stakeholders and provide regular updates. · Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. · Conduct post-project evaluations and report on outcomes. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a minimum of 5 years working with the construction company in a related field. · 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale commercial, multifamily and municipal renovation and/or roofing construction projects · Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish. · Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office; Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point and Projects). · Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills. · Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. · PMP certification is a plus.
