JOB FUNCTION / SUMMARY:
The Enterprise ProjectManager 2 (EPM2) leads complex technical and strategic projects that generally have been assigned a medium to high corporate priority through planning, execution, and full implementation to achieve organizational goals and deliver defined value to clients, associates, and shareholders. The EPM2 managesproject scope, cost, schedule, staffing, vendors, and contractual deliverables, and is accountable for ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality results. The role oversees multiple small to medium projects or one larger initiative at a time, collaborating with diverse cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive successful outcomes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead projects from initiation to close, ensuring delivery of objectives, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation.
Represent business cases to key stakeholders and navigate governance forums for approval and oversight.
Provide day-to-day leadership and management of project teams across assigned business lines.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans; facilitate project meetings, communications, and documentation.
Oversee all project deliverables including testing, implementation strategies, and execution of deliverables.
Provide executive-level reporting on project status, risks, issues, timelines, and resources.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, technology, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
5+ years of technology projectmanagement or program management experience.
PMP (ProjectManagement Professional) and/or Agile certification preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in projectmanagement methodologies, tools, and disciplines.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and projectmanagement tools.
