Job Brief:
The Project Manager maintains the project budget and ensures compliance with time schedules and quality on project equipment. Works with the Sales Groups, Sales Proposal Engineer, and the Production Department. This position is in our Danieli Service Center located in Ashland, KY.
Tasks and Day-to-Day Activities in the role:
Develop project Scopes of Work for the Sales Groups and the Production Department
Identify parts to be procured or refurbished, subsequently working with:
The Proposal Engineer to purchase commercial items and intercompany components
The Production Departmen
t to purchase factory materials, outsourced machining and fabrication activities
Ensure compliance with project time schedules, cost control and quality
Ensure synergy between the Sales Groups and the Production Department
Provide constant feedback to the customer on the progress of the project until completion
Perform Risk Assessments, through a constant monitoring of Production Department activities in order to mitigate cost overages and project delays
Reduce the starting time of project activities by developing content for and coordinating project kick-off meetings
Provide project status updates for Sales Groups and Service management

Maintain database of electronic documentation for each project
