The Project Manager will lead the full life cycle of a $175M, 400+ unit podium multifamily development in Palo Alto. This includes preconstruction support, buyout, budget control, schedule management, subcontractor coordination, risk mitigation, and overall project delivery. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large office tenant improvement projects in San Francisco. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong knowledge of San Francisco's permitting environment, commercial construction practices, and the unique challenges of office TI work.
