Responsibilities As a Senior Civil Project Manager on our Site Development team in our Houston office, you will: Prepare proposals, scopes of work and contract cost estimates and requires an understanding of multi-disciplinary team coordination Development of professional specialization Applies diversified knowledge of principles / practices in broad areas of assignments. Pay, Schedule, and Location Ranging from $38 - $40/hour, paid weekly 8 am - 5 pm, Monday- Friday Located in Katy, TX 77494 Duties and Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans with clear scope, timelines, and resource allocation Establish, track, and manage project schedules to meet milestones and deadlines Organize and coordinate resources across departments to ensure optimal project delivery Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement timely solutions Lead and motivate diverse teams, including product development,engineering, supply chain, marketing, and sales Facilitate clear and effective communication among internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners Build and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders Proactively resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum and alignment Identify potential risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or quality Develop and implement mitigation strategies to address identified risks Continuously monitor and adjust risk management plans as needed Provide regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and potential issues Prepare and deliver project reports, including budget updates and risk assessments Present project information effectively to executive leadership and other stakeholders Identify opportunities to enhance project management processes and tools Contribute to the development and implementation of best practices Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency This person will report to the VP of Product Management Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related field Proven track record of managing projects, preferably involving product development and commercialization of physical goods Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate cross-functional teams Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management abilities Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet) Experience in manufacturing Experience in the furniture, hard goods, or outdoor product categories This person won't have any direct reports, but rather working with Product Development team members, industrial designers, engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure the projects are making it through. --- (Salary range based on experience) --- ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Do you need your next job fast?
